1. Acceptance
By accessing utilix.tech or using any Utilix SDK or API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Utilix provides browser-based developer utility tools, a REST API, and open-source SDKs for Node.js and Python. Browser tools are free and require no account. The REST API requires an API key and is subject to usage limits per plan.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Utilix to:
- Process data you do not have the right to process
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the REST API
- Circumvent rate limits or share API keys
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law
4. Intellectual property
The Utilix brand, website, and proprietary API code are owned by Utilix. The open-source SDKs (@utilix-tech/sdk and utilix-sdk) are released under the MIT License and are free to use, modify, and distribute.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Utilix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of any tool output is at your own risk — always verify results before using them in production.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utilix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced at utilix.tech.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
