Refund Policy

Utilix is currently free. There are no paid plans yet, so this policy applies to future paid subscriptions when they launch.

1. Paid subscriptions (coming soon)

When Pro and Team plans launch, we will offer a 7-day full refund on any new subscription if you are not satisfied. No questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@utilix.tech within 7 days of your payment with your account email and reason for refund. We process refunds within 5 business days.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days after the 7-day window.

4. Free plan

The free plan has no charges. There is nothing to refund. Start using tools →
