Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

Utilix ("we", "us", "our") operates utilix.tech. We are committed to minimal data collection. The majority of tools on this site run entirely in your browser — no data is sent to our servers.

2. Data we collect

Browser tools (no account)

We collect nothing. All processing happens locally in your browser. No input data is transmitted to our servers.

Authentication (coming soon)

When accounts launch, sign-in will be handled by a third-party auth provider. We will store only your email address, user ID, and API key usage counters. This policy will be updated before accounts go live.

REST API (coming soon)

When the REST API launches, we will log the API key used, endpoint called, timestamp, and response status. Input payloads will not be stored.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics) to understand which tools are most used. No personally identifiable information is collected. No cross-site tracking.

3. Cookies

We do not use cookies. When accounts launch, strictly necessary session cookies will be set for authenticated users only. No advertising or tracking cookies, ever.

4. Third-party services

  • Vercel — hosting and edge network. Your requests are routed through Vercel infrastructure. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Auth & database providers — will be listed here when accounts launch.

5. Data retention

Browser tools store nothing — there is nothing to retain. When the API and accounts launch, request logs will be retained for 30 days and account data until deletion. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@utilix.tech. If you are located in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
